Timing is
everything when
it comes to being in the right place for great pictures. It was raining
buckets when I left the house. I had a feeling I should go visit my
favorite
oak tree on Mount Diablo. I wasn't disappointed. A wet spring storm gathered force at the top of the mountain as the sun was setting. This mighty oak tree was highlighted by the golden sunshine. The storm clouds provided the added drama of a dark backdrop. Moments later these dark storm clouds released the hail that produced the first red red rainbow I ever captured on film. |
